As Lindsay Lohan finally touches down in L.A. from Cannes after missing her original court date last Thursday, friends say that she may not be able to cut out alcohol and drugs as a part of Judge Marsha Revel’s orders.
“She can't make it through a day without it. She's a mess,” a source close to the 23-year-old tells TMZ of Lindsay’s addictions.
As a part of the starlet’s bail, the Judge will make her wear a SCRAM bracelet to monitor Lindsay’s alcohol intake.

Lindsay will also have to partake in random drug testing, TMZ reports.
But another friend says that Lindsay can hardly wake up in the morning without craving either of the two and usually satiates her appetite quickly.

Regardless, once Lindsay surrenders in court on Monday, she will most likely have to abide by these rules if she doesn’t want to see any actual jail time.
Lindsay first got into a bit of trouble when she was stuck in France last week due to an allegedly stolen passport and did not appear at a mandatory court hearing.
