Cat Deeley is one busy woman! Not only is she hosting her eighth season of So You Think You Can Dance this summer, the British beauty is also hosting a new celebrity dating show, The Choice, which premiered last night on FOX.

So, what does she think of her new gig?

"The Choice is a silly, entertaining, fun, doesn’t take itself too seriously, has it’s tongue firmly in it’s cheeks, dating show," she explained to Jimmy Fallon on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night, "but it’s really funny."

"We have celebrities in the chairs.... I don’t know how we got them to agree to do this," she laughed. "We got Joe Jonas, we got Taylor Hicks, we got Pauly D, we’ve got Carmen Electra, we got Tyson Beckford..."

Cat, who was nominated for an Emmy last year and was just nominated for two Critic's Choice Awards for SYTYCD, says The Choice is all about having a laugh... Pauly D even taught her how to fist pump!

But the most exciting thing about the show is when a celebrity actually falls for their date, which is what happened with Carmen Electra, according to Ms. Deeley.

"Carmen picked a guy and it was seriously thunderbolt city!" Cat gushed. "The chemistry was palpable, they were looking at each other across the crowded room, I felt all green and prickly like a gooseberry. There was some serious 'Getting it on, get it on!'”

"I love how you’re prickly like a gooseberry," Jimmy laughed, poking fun at Cat's English accent. "We don’t even know what gooseberries are. I think it’s something out of Harry Potter... I have no idea!"
