Celebs like Michael Cera, Ryan Seacrest Jason Lee and Blair Underwood are all going moustache-mad, and it's all for a good cause — to fight prostate cancer.

These stars and regular Joes all around the world are doing their best to sprout some upper-lip facial hair — even if it means drawing it on — for what's become known as "Movember," the month formerly called November, where Mo Bros and Mo Sistas sport moustaches to raise awareness and cash to help in the battle against prostate cancer, which afflicts nearly 200,000 men each year in the U.S. alone.
