It looks like Lindsay Lohan is back at work! The troubled starlet was photographed with another actor who is no stranger to controversy — Charlie Sheen in a promo for Scary Movie 5 which they both star in.

It was recently reported that LiLo had completely flaked on all of her Scary Movie 5 responsibilities and her behavior has been so erratic even had Charlie Sheen worried.

"Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings,” said an insider. “Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work.”

"Would not be fit to work" translates to ailing from "walking pneumonia" which is what she told them Sunday after missing her flight.

But it seems she back on track work wise anyway. As Okmagazine.com previously reported, just yesterday Lindsay was arrested in downtown NYC after her SUV allegedly hit a pedestrian.

According to the The New York Post, she was near the Dream Hotel at around 2 a.m. and trying to park her Porsche when she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something man. She was arrested at around 2:30 in the morning and booked for leaving the scene of an accident, which is a misdemeanor, and was released without bail.

As for the pedestrian, he was taken to a local hospital. Alcohol was reportedly not involved but the arrest might be considered a violation of her probation from her jewelry-theft case.
