Charlie Sheen Goes After Full Custody; Denise Richards Offers to Help?

He may be down one goddess but Charlie Sheen certainly isn't out. His lawyers will march into court today in an effort to change their client's custody agreement after estranged wife Brooke Mueller entered a rehab facility. Brooke currently has custody of their twins, Bob and Max, and entered the center for precautions in case his attorneys asked for a drug test!

By showing that Brooke suffered a drug relapse, Charlie's lawyer is going to ask for both legal and physical custody of the boys, notes TMZ (via PopEater). Better yet, if custody is granted to the former Two and a Half Men star, Charlie's team also wants to end the agreement paying $55,000 each month in child support.

Legal drama aside, Charlie's ex-wife Denise Richards has come to the rescue! She offered to take care of the twins and let them live with her. Keep in mind Charlie's still traveling with "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour. As for his response? He'll "keep her posted" on the situation.
