Charlie Sheen Reacts to Tsunami Devastation in Japan: "Dogspeed My Cadres of the Far East!"

Charlie Sheen's bizarre thoughts are with all those suffering in Japan after a 8.9 earthquake and 23-foot tsunami wreaked havoc on the island nation’s eastern coast Friday. The actor issued a supportive Tweet in his Sheen-speak urging all his followers to "dig deep."
Charlie just Tweeted the following message on his page in regard to the current devastation in Japan:
