For those of you who missed Sue Sylvester's presence last night on Glee, don't worry, the incorrigible gym teacher is very much present and up to her usual antics! Her latest hard-hitting move — suing Charlie Sheen for copyright infringement over the term "winning."
Charlie didn't invent "tiger blood," and now it looks like his popular Sheenism "winning" was copyrighted by someone else.

Sue, played by Jane Lynch who won an Emmy for her role on the hit Fox show, Tweeted recently:

So far no rebuttal from Sheen or his camp, but we hope this (faux) debate pans out!
