Drew Barrymore is involved in a new reboot of the hit '70s TV show, Charlie's Angels, with ABC close to ordering a pilot of the girl-power series.

Josh Friedman, who recently adapted the Terminator movies for his Fox series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is on board to write and executive produce the new Angels, reports Variety.

Drew, who starred in and produced the 2000 film version and its sequel, will executive produce with her partner Nancy Juvonen (who's also Jimmy Fallon's wife).
