Miley wasn't at home, and everything seemed completely normal.  So, what was the deal? A police officer indicated the call was probably from a "911 abuser," which means someone who calls with false reports of crimes. That's no laughing matter though — it's a punishable offense.

The LAPD is looking into the matter but at least we know all is quiet at the Hannah Montana star's home.
