Coroner Rules Sage Stallone, Sylvester's Son, Died From a Heart Attack

Rumors that Sage Stallone, Sylvester's son, suddently died from a drug overdose can finally be put to rest. That is, it turns out a coroner's report indicates he actually passed away from a heart attack.

The 36-year-old apparently suffered from coronary heart disease caused by atherosclerosis which triggered the attack.

According to GossipCop, the coroner stated, "There were no signs of an overdose. It was just a natural death."

Sage's body was discovered in his home in the Hollywood Hills after his family and friends got concerned they hadn't heard from him. His very own housekeeper found his body on July 13 and called the cops. Police indicated there weren't any signs of foul play.

Sage was the youngest son from the Rocky star and his first wife, Sasha Czack. Sylvester's been pretty open about the tremendous amount of grief he's experiencing. He recently appeared on Good Morning America recently to promote his upcoming film The Expendables 2

Sly explained as it relates to his late son: "It's tough. It's very very tough. It's a horrible situation but, time, hopefully will heal and you try to get through it. It's something that's a reality in life."
