Courtney Love Sues American Express

In recent reports, Courtney Love is counter-suing credit card company American Express for unspecified damages and interest after she was accused of owing them thousands.
While AmEx originally took legal action against the 45-year-old rocker for owing $352,059.67 on charges that were never paid, Courtney has decided to fight back, according to TMZ, claiming that the company is guilty of bad business.

In her counter-suit, Courtney sites American Express for giving her numerous credit cards, 104 according to her lawyer, without her even knowing it, TMZ reports.
Her lawyer also told TMZ that she did not make any of the unpaid charges AmEx wants to be reimbursed for and that she shouldn’t owe a penny.
