Jenelle, 20, has been Tweeting photos of herself with new boyfriend Gary Head and telling everyone that this new relationship is already serious. "She wants to prove she can move on," a source tells OK!. "She is already talking about a summer wedding and Valentine's Day engagement" — despite a one-week courtship.
