According to GossipCop, Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have headed to splitsville after rekindling their romance last November.

Apparently a source confirmed they ended their relationship last week in Nashville. This was right before the CMT Awards.

Richie was actually supposed to be a presenter at the show and then was a no-show for the ceremony and promptly returned to L.A.
About six months ago, things seemed to be going really well with their relationship. At the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC, Richie told OK!, "I'm happy! We're good. That's my comment. That's good. Things are good." He added, "I'm happy and that's the way it goes."
