Season eight of Desperate Housewives will be heythe end of the show, but it looks like fans aren't all that sad to see it go.
It was the beginning of the end of the show last night, but not many viewers tuned in. According to Entertainment Weekly, only 9.7 million viewers watched the ABC drama, which makes it its lowest premiere ever!

Instead, newcomer Pan Am's stewardesses beat out the housewives with 10.8 million viewers.
