He believes once someone is unfaithful, they will always be.

"She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again--just watch. He can do much better!," he added.

Kristen, 22, and Robert, 26, were photographed together Sunday for the first time since their split in July after pics surfaced of Kristen making out with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.

ETonline.com reports the Twilight stars were seen hanging out at the Ye Rustic Inn in Los Feliz, L.A.'s trendy neighborhood where the couple lived before the cheating scandal.

The pair "cozied up to each other," and witnesses say they enjoyed being around each other and laughed and joked while they had cocktails.

Rob and Kristen are scheduled to make their first media appearance together later this month to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, which will be in theaters Nov. 16.
