Emily Maynard Shouldn't Trust Kalon McMahon on 'The Bachelorette'

Could Emily Maynard ever find true happiness with a self-confessed "man slut"? Not if she heeds the words of sources who've seen a raunchy "diary" written by The Bachelorette contestant Kalon McMahon detailing his sexual and partying exploits during a wild 2009 trip to Los Angeles.

Kalon, 27, a luxury branding consultant from Houston, became the flashpoint of the series' May 14 premiere when he arrived fashionably late in his private helicopter to upstage the other bachelors, then smarmily told Emily, "Sorry if I made you wait a few minutes for me, but I promise it's worth it!"

Strangely, this followed on the heels of his claim that he used to be "extremely loud and obnoxious" and a "womanizer" — but after some soul-searching, he'd made a "drastic change" in his life and is now dependable and down to earth.

Emily, 26, may not see it that way — especially when she finds out about that diary. "Kalon wrote an account of his crazy trip to L.A. and showed it to a number of his friends," a source tells Star. "In it, he proclaimed that he has 'obnoxiously high standards' and referred to himself as a 'man slut.'"
