The Backdoor Teen Mom porn star will be hosting the kick-off party for the 2013 Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO & Tradeshow on August 20. The event will be held at the hotspot Crazy Horse III in Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, so it should be interesting—to say the least.

As OKMagazine.com reported, Farrah recently got caught on camera in an Omaha club kissing another girl and running around in only a nightie.
