Ariel Winter's family situation is more mess than modern.

The 15-year-old Modern Family star has been living with her older sister Shanelle Gray since last October, and a judge has declared she can continue with the unusual arrangement for at least another three months, despite their mom Chrisoula Workman's protests.

Chrisoula adamantly denies the charges and insists trouble only started after she opposed Ariel's relationship with Cameron Palatas, the 19-year-old actor who plays Andy Stone on the show Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous.
