Flavor Flav Goes Back to School

Flavor Flav knows what time it is: the unlikely loverman, born William Drayton, is shopping a new series in which he returns to high school to receive his diploma after dropping out at 10th grade. With three dating shows under his belt, one thing's for sure - this won't be the basic cable version of Never Been Kissed.
"I just want to show the world it's never too late to get your diploma, and show kids they should stay in school and not wait until you're old to get it," Flav, 50, tells the Hollywood Reporter. "Everybody sees me as this big love mogul. Now I got a baby girl, I've been there and done that and now it's time for the next episode."
Public Enemy's hype man got a new lease of life with a string of VH1 reality shows: The Surreal Life in 2004, followed by Strange Love (with Brigitte Nielsen) and Flavor of Love, which ended when he settled down with a woman he met outside the show.
"I've been known to be a leader and I've had a lot of followers, and there's a certain franchise I've set up on VH1," says the father of seven. "This show can be big enough to change the direction of reality shows."
