Gary Coleman, who played adorable Arnold on the sitcom Diff'rent Strokes and more recently has been the face of the company,Cash Call, is opening up about his marital problems with his wife of seven months, Shannon Price.

Coleman sat down with ET, where he revealed that he and Price visited the show, Divorce Court, to help work out the kinks in their new marriage.

"We're difficult people to figure out," Price says. "We're sensitive one minute and stubborn the next. I have said to him (before), 'Give me a divorce!'"

Gary admits his temper is an issue. "(Problems) build and then we don't talk to each other for a week," he says. "It gets as bad as it needs to be to get her to listen. If I have to throw something or break something, that's what's going to happen."

Coleman adds that although he may break things around the house, he would never lay a hand on Shannon. "Stuff can be replaced. She cannot be replaced." He also insists, "I'm not a controlling husband. There's no leash on her."

On whether the couple wants to have a baby, Gary says, "I promised her one. I just don't know when it's going to happen. I know that once I made that promise I committed myself to a life of hell because now I have to be a father. I have to make more money to take care of this second person. I'm not gonna want to be a daddy all the time. We don't know what kind of child we are going to have. I'm hoping her genes are stronger than mine."

Shannon adds that their 18-year age difference has never been a factor in their marital problems. "Not a lot of people age as gracefully as he does," she says. "When I tell him he looks 12, it's a compliment!"

For the entire two-part interview, tune in to ET tonight and Monday, April 28.
