Delivering a taped message from her hospital bed, she wore a pink baseball cap and said, "This journey is as much about the mind as it is the body. Your thoughts … are so powerful. You’ve got to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. And let me just say this, lastly, I feel the love and I thank you for it. Thank you."
Weatherman Sam Champion has visited her in the hospital and mentioned on air that she's "in remarkable spirits." Throughout this morning's broadcast, her colleagues wished her well and sent a big shout out of love.

Robin's been surrounding herself with friends and family and has completed eight days of chemotherapy leading up to the procedure. Her bone-marrow donor is her sister, Sally, but it sounds like her late mother has been on her mind.
