Heather's rehab stint comes three months after a friend of hers placed a 911 call, fearing the actress was suicidal and could overdose on her depression medication. The star downplayed the situation and stated she didn't need medical help.
This is the latest of woes for Heather. Her ex-husband Richie Sambora was arrested for a DUI in March and had had their daughter Ava, 10, in the car.
