Heidi Montag showed off her new beach body this weekend — in a self-designed bikini — as she hosted the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Hubby Spencer Pratt didn't appear in any pics, giving Heidi the spotlight all to herself!

The reality star underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area, a nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, had her ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thigh and a buttock augmentation.
