Is Hilary Duff Joining The 90210 Spinoff?

Although casting rumors have been going around for quite some time now, E! News is reporting that former Disney queen Hilary Duff could be the newest starlet on the Beverly Hills block.

Sources close to the production say that producers have reached out to Hilary to star in Beverly Hills, 90210 spinoff. Although there has been no confirmation from Hilary's rep or the CW, it's believed that she would play Annie Mills, a theater geek at Beverly Hills High.
