The star of NBC's Lipstick Jungle and Eastwick celebrated the grand opening of Laguna Champagne Bar at The Palazzo hotel/casino at a VIP event hosted by Moet Hennessy this past weekend.

Lindsay looked amazing in a black cocktail dress, but it was the stunning Simon G sapphire diamond ring that really drew all the attention when she cut the red ribbon to kick-off the night!
"This is a girlfriends weekend," she said. "We are having a great time and love The Palazzo. And who doesn't love champagne? It's so fresh!"

Lindsay mingled with guests as she sipped Dom Perignon and Laguna Champagne Bar's Flower Eclipse signature champagne drink — a mix of St. Germain Elderflower Liquer, fresh lemon juice, Moet & Chandon champagne and nectar.

Lindsay enjoyed a weekend of wining and dining at The Palazzo including lunch at Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro, dinner at Sushi Samba, dancing at LAVO followed up by spa treatments the next day at Canyon Ranch and lunch at First.
"I'm single and dating!" Lindsay said, which may explain why she was having such a good time!
