The reality star is allegedly trying to use his eight children to minus his TLC lawsuit.

According to reports, Jon will allow TLC to film his brood of eight again, if the network negotiates to drop its lawsuit against him.

Kate Gosselin's reality show on TLC is slated to debut in late spring or early summer.

The mom will be featured without her children in a series that shows her trying to go outside of her comfort zone.
