When Beth Ostrosky Stern celebrated her first anniversary with hubby Howard Stern earlier this month, she made him visit her in Las Vegas where she was taping the next season of True Beauty.

“We went to the Kylie Minogue concert on our anniversary,” she tells me during the QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale event held in NYC this week. “It was very special. He got me another ring, and I got him a ring.”

The couple plans to keep their romance fresh by renewing their vows.

“We want to get married all the time,” the former model, 37, says. “We want to get married over and over and over. It’s the best decision of my life. We’re family now. I would do it 100 times over with Howard.”

Their favorite date-night activity?

“Watching My Antonio under the covers with Howard,” she says. “That’s our favorite show. It’s so great.”

Although the North Shore Animal League spokeswoman hasn’t changed her mind about remaining childless, she hopes to open their home to additional pets. They have one bulldog, Bianca Romijn-Stamos-O'Connell, now.

“More puppies and dogs, cats and kittens, but no kids,” she tells me. “We’re open to a lot more.”

While Beth admits the first pair of shoes she bought were Dyeables from Payless to match her satin pink prom dress, being the shock jock’s wife has upped her ability to score pricey footwear.

“He loves really hot, sexy shoes, so whenever I get the platform pumps, I can say ‘honey, look how hot these Fendi shoes are,’ and he imagines me in them, and he’ll buy them. It’s very easy to buy shoes with Howard.”

One thing she doesn’t rock is thigh-high boots.

“I hate them. My husband hates them, I don’t like them, and because I don’t love my legs, I feel like they make them look extra sausagey. We all have our insecurities.”

What’s something Howard, 55, does better than anyone else?

“He does everything amazing,” she tells me. “I was gonna really go there, but I’m not going to go there. He’s a chess nerd. He’s really good at chess. I never play. He’s in front of the computer playing all the time. He’s really good – his rating’s really high.”

Best thing she’s learned from him?

“Laughter’s a great remedy. He makes me laugh all the time, and it just makes everything better.”

And, about those rumors of a rift with Paris Hilton?

“There is no truth to that at all,” she tells me. “We were in Vegas last week at the Kylie Minogue concert, Howard and I were there together. There wasn’t enough room for her entourage in the box, so she went to the seats next to us. That was it. We all smiled and said ‘hello.’ There was no bad blood at all.”

She continues, “She was so stylish and looked very beautiful. I don’t know her at all, other than what she looks like, and I find her very beautiful.”

Here’s a photo of Beth and I during a North Shore Animal League event. She’s so friendly, and the animals love her. You, too, can adopt your BFF from a local shelter and save a life. That's where we got our girls, Mysty and Spense.
