For Teen Mom Leah Messer, every day is wracked with worry as she wonders whether her twin daughter Alianna will ever walk properly. As viewers have seen, the tot is lagging behind her sister Aleeah, and doctors have performed a battery of tests on her.

"She doesn't bear any weight on her legs at all," Leah told the doctor on the Jan. 18 episode of Teen Mom. "Her hands don't fully close."

The doctors noted that Ali's arms appeared shorter than average and suggested doing an MRI.

Insiders tell OK! in this week's issue that even today, there has been no definite conclusion. "Ali was seen by a neurologist," confides a family insider, who explains that the now-13-month-old has also been tested for "everything" including "congestive heart failure, lymphedema and cancer."

Despite the lack of real answers,  doctors surmised that throughout much of Leah's pregnancy, Aleeah was lying on top of Ali, impending her development, another family friend tells OK! exclusively.

Leah is counting on her newlywed husband Corey Simms for support during their daughter's health struggles. The two were married in October.
