Lovebirds John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston share practically everything these days, from her Beverly Hills home to his life on tour. But when it comes to working out, the couple each have their own secret weapon to looking hot for each other!

For Jen, 39, that weapon is longtime personal yoga instructor Mandy Ingber. Mandy' s been coming to Jen's Beverly Hills home, usually at noon every day, where she gives Jen an hour and a half yoga workout. Contrary to reports that claim the actress weight trains to get her lean shape, Jen owes her long, toned gams to Mandy's advanced yoga poses.

"When I started doing yoga with Mandy, I noticed many things," Aniston has said. "My legs getting leaner. My arms getting stronger, and most importantly an inner strength. I feel like I'm getting a meditation, a workout and time with my friend all rolled into one hour."

Recently snapped wearing a clingy green mini-dress, Jen's shapely figure is proof  that Mandy's routine is working!

As for John, the 30-year-old is comitted to working out daily with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak when he's in town, and is a devotee of Pasternak's "5 Factor Diet" which involves eating five healthy meals a day and working out in five 25-minute intervals.

"John has been living the 5-Factor lifestyle for 3 years, and kicked it up over the last six months," Harley tells OK!. John's workouts are broken down into five phases: a cardio warm-up, upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening, abs and cardio cool down.

The regime has definitely paid off! On August 1, John went shirtless during a concert in Dallas. "He is a fantastic billboard for the 5-Factor," Harley tells OK!.

Um, ditto!
