Jenni ‘JWOWW’ Farley recently took to her blog to share her best tip for how she gets her daughter, Meilani, to get the proper nutrition when she refuses to eat her fruits and vegetables! Believe it or not, she makes 310 protein shakes for her little nugget.

Jenni wrote, “So a lot of parents out there should be able to relate to the fact that it can be VERY hard to get your kids to eat nutritious things, ESPECIALLY vegetables."

The currently pregnant reality TV star decided to figure out a way to creatively incorporate healthy, nourishing foods into Meilani's diet. She saw Meilani responded well to juices and shakes and was able incorporate the right nutrients into a healthy shake for her daughter.

"Luckily Meilani LOVES shakes, so I’m able to sneak in the calcium and the potassium and the protein into something she loves," explained Jenni.

She included a video of herself making the "quick and simple protein shake" with her daughter, even sharing a cute story about why her daughter gets excited when she hears the blender sound.

For her smoothie, she blends a handful of spinach and kale, a whole banana, watered almond milk, water, less than a scoop of the 310 vegan vanilla protein powder and ice in the blender.

The recipe which makes several servings is a hit with her little angel and is a very clever way to get your child to get the right amount of calories, protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, even when they are the pickiest of eaters.

To help other mothers out there, she provided a special discount code for the protein she used. By using the code jwoww310 at checkout, fans are able to receive 20% off their entire order at 310nutrition.com.
