With a coy smile playing across her lips, Jennifer Aniston walked out of the Sunset Tower Hotel on Oct. 27 alongside boyfriend John Mayer. Although she could have easily used the private underground exit, Jen boldly left through the front door instead.

In fact, three days later the lovebirds made another very public appearance at singer Ray LaMontagne’s concert at L.A.’s Wiltern Theatre. “They were swaying to the music,” an eyewitness tells OK! of Jen and John, whose first reconciliation date was at Ray’s Oct. 10 show in Boston. “John sang along, and often they were on their feet with their arms around each other. Her new openness shows Jen is taking charge of her life like never before. And

that’s not surprising — she’s turning 40 in just three months!

So what's Jen's new plan? First up: "I Do" part two! Jen, who was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, has always said she wants to be in a committed relationship.

“She’s at an age where she is thinking with her head and not just her heart,” a source close to Jen tells OK!. “No way would she still be with anyone if marriage wasn’t a real option.”

Next on the list – Jen is also longing to be a mom. “I hope to be on the road to having a family in the next year,” the Marley & Me star announced back in January 2006. She has also made it known she wants more than one child. “I’d ideally like to have a couple, but who knows?”
