Jessica Biel Wanted 'The Notebook' Role "So Badly"

"It wasn't over. It still isn't over!" Jessica Biel has one long lost move role that she's still sad got away from her.

“The Notebook," she confesses in the new issue of Elle magazine. "That’s one that I wanted so badly."
"I was in the middle of shooting Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and I auditioned with Ryan Gosling in my trailer — covered in blood," Jessica says. "Director Nick Cassavetes put me through the wringer in an interesting, excitingly creative way."

Unfortunately, Jessica was beaten out by Rachel McAdams for the role, but Notebook fans probably can't picture it happening any other way.
As to whether or not her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake is back in her life, Jessica says, "A girl doesn’t kiss and tell.”
