Jim Caviezel Hurt in Motorcycle Accident

Passion of the Christ actor Jim Caviezel suffered cuts and bruises yesterday after a man hurled a bicycle in front of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, reports the Associated Press.

Washington State Patrol trooper Rich Magnussen says the actor was taken to Cascade Medical Center in Leavenworth, Wash. He added that James was wearing a helmet and "it could have been a lot worse."

As for why the man involved threw a bike in the way, Magnussen says mental issues may be part of the reason.
