Radar Online reports the 17-year-old was taking photos of Jodie and her two children at The Grove mall.

"Victim while at The Grove saw Foster and began to take pics of her with his camera then walked to the valet area of The Grove," the police report states. "Foster followed victim, poked him on his chest, grabbed victim by his left arm causing visible injury."

"Jodie Foster attacked my son at the parking lot at The Grove," the 17-year-old's father told Radar. "Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm."

But, Jodie's publicist disagrees.

"The young man was most definitely a professional paparazzo," Jennifer Allen told E! News. "He had a large camera bag and a 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and her young sons from the movie theater to valet parking. He crowded her and her children and took photos of them the whole time."

Allen says that his behavior "scared the kids" and Jodie felt obliged to tell him to back off.

"She touched him on the elbow in an attempt to take him aside to talk to him and tell him to stop," Allen said.

But the teen's father denies his son is a paparazzo.

Wonder who will win this argument?
