Joe Biden to Make Guest Appearance on 'Parks and Recreation'

Amy Poehler thinks Joe Biden has star quality.

The vice president will guest star in an upcoming episode on NBC's Parks and Recreation, set to air on Nov. 15.

Although the spot was shot in July, the cameo was a well kept secret during the campaign, as the Federal Election Commission would have considered Joe's foray into acting a "campaign contribution" and would have required the Republicans be given similar treatment.

The script written to work for either a presidential win or loss, depending on how the chips fell on Nov. 6.

Amy's character, Leslie Knope, has long joked that her ideal man "has the brains of George Clooney and the body of Joe Biden." Leslie's fiance reportedly sets up a meeting between the two.

"My whole family loves Parks and Recreation and I had a great time filming that scene," Joe told The New York Times. "I'll never figure out how Leslie Knope got my home phone number, but that really just shows how committed she is."
