Jon Gosselin is firing back after being accused of physically abusing his teenage son, Collin Gosselin. The accusations prompted an investigation by the Berks County Children & Youth Services in Pennsylvania.

"Jon has never abused Collin," a rep for the reality star told Us Weekly on Thursday, September 10. “No charges have been filed against him and there’s no CYS investigation.”

The statement also claimed that 16-year-old Collin has "endured severe trauma," and that "Jon is a loving father who has worked hard to ensure that his son gets the support and help he needs."

JON GOSSELIN ACCUSED OF PUNCHING AND KICKING SON COLLIN; KATE FIGHTS BACK: 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH'

The controversial reality star's statement came just hours after reports broke of Collin's allegations of abuse by his father. Those allegations consisted of "causing bodily injury to a child through recent act/failure to act: hitting/punching."

Jon is not directly named in the CYS report, but Collin did call his father a "liar" in a since-deleted Instagram post.

"Yesterday he beat me up and thought nothing of it, he punched me in the face and gave me a swollen nose and I started bleeding," Collin had said. "He then continued to kick me in the ribs after I was on the floor. He is a liar."

District attorney John Adams told Us Weekly that it was the "only incident we are aware of at this point" and "there was no citation of charges filed as a result of the incident."

REPORT: KATE GOSSELIN FOUND IN CONTEMPT OF COURT AFTER FILMING HER KIDS FOR REALITY SHOW

Collin's mother, Kate Gosselin, condemned Jon after the alleged abuse accusations came out, saying that she doesn't "want her children around" her ex-husband.

"You do not punch and kick your children," the 45-year-old mother-of-eight told PEOPLE. "I don't want to hear any excuses from anyone, not from his father, not from local law enforcement, not from court personnel whose job is supposedly to ensure the best interests of my children. There is a child abuse law, PA 23, section 8i states that doing any of the following, regardless of whether it causes injury is child abuse, and first on that list is kicking. Period."

According to the reality TV mom: "The police advised me that they removed Collin from Jon's home immediately, and as far as I’m aware, he still is not back."

Collin has been living with his father since 2018 after it was reported that the teenager spent over two years away from his family — to seek help — in a children with special needs program.

Jon and Kate got divorced in 2009 after 10 years of marriage. The two share eighth children together: twin daughters Cara and Madelyn, 19, and sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Joel, Leah, Hannah and Collin, 16.

The reality TV family shot to superstardom in 2007 when their hit show Jon & Kate Plus 8 premiered on TLC. The show centered around watching Jon and Kate navigate daily life with eight children.
