Justin says he never wants to be an American citizen saying with a laugh,"You guys are evil. Canada's the best country in the world."

How so?

"We go to the doctor and we don't need to worry about paying him, but here, your whole life, you're broke because of medical bills. My bodyguard's baby was premature, and now he has to pay for it," he explains. "In Canada, if your baby's premature, he stays in the hospital as long as he needs to, and then you go home."

And Justin has a strong view about abortion.

"I really don't believe in abortion," he says. "It's like killing a baby?"

And in cases of rape?

"Um. Well, I think that's really sad, but everything happens for a reason," Justin explains. "I guess I haven't been in that position, so I wouldn't be able to judge that."

So speaking of pregnancy, Rolling Stone took the plunge and asked the Biebs about his views on sex!

"I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them," Justin says.

So does he or doesn't he believe in abstinence until marriage?

"I think you should just wait for the person you're...in love with."

And the Rolling Stone reporter noted that she caught a look at Justin's background on his laptop and guess who it was a picture of — Selena!

Wonder if that's love?
