Beliebers are gaining momentum on all the Little Monsters out there. Justin Bieber passed the 9 million Twitter-follower milestone today, topped only by Lady Gaga in number of followers on the social networking site!
"9 MILLION!!! I LOVE YOU PEOPLE!!!" JB Tweeted, thanking all his fans, followed by "#9millionbiebers" and "Bieber Gone Wild" becoming trending topics on Twitter.
Justin's new Twitter accomplishment comes a week after the 17-year-old singing sensation announced he was "taking a break" from the Twitterverse.
”I’m just excited at this pt to get on stage and perform. gonna take a little break from twitter and enjoy this time with my family until then" he Tweeted last week, followed by “patience is a virtue.”
As Beilebers were crushed by JB's very brief Twitter absence, subsequently his followers began to rise on the site and a couple of hours later, he was back!
