Kanye West is "Truly Happy" For Britney Spears' New Hit Single

Kanye West took back the Twitter comment that he posted on Friday directed towards Britney Spears' new hit song "Hold it Against Me," saying that he is glad the pop star’s single is number one on Itunes.
"On a serious note I'm truly happy for Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears. No hate in 2011...I thought LOL signified a joke....I didn't get the 2011 LOL doesn't signify a joke anymore memo,” Kanye tweeted on Saturday.

Right before Kanye posted his re-tweet, Britney’s manager, Adam Leber, made sure to respond to the singer’s original comment.
"@kanyewest Thanks for "letting" us be #1. Much appreciated.... -Adam Leber, Manager,” Adam responded on Britney's account.

Originally Kanye tweeted that he was merely letting Britney top the charts at number one, when his song with Jay-Z was better than ever.
