Kate Gosselin was busy this past weekend in her native Pennsylvania; but how can the mom of eight be anything but busy with all those kids done with school for the summer? First she was spotted in Wyomissing, Pa. taking daughters Cara and Leah to the doctor on June 25. Then on June 26, she treated all eight kids to a cold treat on the extremely hot Saturday afternoon.
Since her highly publicized divorce from Jon Gosselin, Kate has been doing a lot to keep busy. Most recently, the mom turned reality star has been spending a lot of time exercising to get back into shape and she prepares to get back into the dating scene.

If there's one thing we don't have to worry about for Kate, it's boredom. When she's not mothering her eight children, she's working on her two TLC TV shows, Kate Plus 8 and Twist of Kate. Additionally, Kate, the author of three non-fiction books, has another book titled Love Is In The Mix slated for a 2011 release.
