Since tabloid reporter Kate Major first stepped out with newly single reality dad Jon Gosselin, there has been much speculation about their burgeoning romance. And now "Kate 2.0," who resigned from her magazine job in the aftermath of their public outing, is ready to tell her side of the story in a new interview airing this week.
Kate will open up to E! News' Ken Baker from a "secret" location near the Gosselin's Reading, Penn. about how the two began dating and where they stand now, as well as some "shocking" news about Jon's other blonde, Hailey Glassman.
"I'm ready to tell my side of the story," she says in the tell-all, airing this week on E! news, beginning Aug. 5 and running through Aug. 7. Kate will address allegations that she was a high-priced escort who's only interested in Jon for grabbing her own 15 minutes of fame.
After she first met Jon, Kate reveals she was "really, really impressed and I still am, with the person that he is." When they went out for dinner the next night, Kate says, "I would be lying if I said there wasn't instant chemistry."
"It is a huge relief to finally talk, exclusively to E!," she admits, "I haven't been speaking a lot in the past few days because of how crazy everything has been and I'm ready to talk."
