The Duchess of Cambridge has been named to Vanity Fair's international best dressed list. Kate Middleton joins other royalty such as Princess Alexandra of Greece and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
Despite a hectic schedule that may require Kate to have up to five clothing changes each day, the svelte duchess handles it all with stride. According to the magazine, the $55,000 bill for outfits and baubles may seem outlandish. Technically she cuts costs by bargain shopping at chain stores like Topshop and recycling couture with accessories.
As for celebs who also made the list? Oscar-nominated actress Jessica Chastain, Giants footballer Victor Cruz, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, and Matt Lauer.

As she graces the cover of the September issue, a royal insider told the magazine, “There’s a happiness in the House of Windsor generally at the moment for the first time ever.
