Kelly Osbourne Smiles & Shines for NYC Fashion Week

A very chic Kelly Osbourne is in the Big Apple for New York Fashion Week. The newly slim E! Fashion Police starlet was spotted with a big grin while leaving the Badgley Mischka show yesterday. Also in attendance was the new face of Badgley Mischka herself, Rumer Willis, reality starlet Lo Bosworth, and country singer Kellie Pickler.

Kelly was also named the new face of Madonna's clothing line Material Girl. Kelly will be replacing Taylor Momsen, which is totally cool with Taylor. Taylor said to Sugarscape "She'll have so much fun working with Madonna but just like any other contract it naturally came to a close. My deal ended and passing the torch has gone to another great young woman."

Kell is pretty excited about being a true Material Girl herself! Kelly told Extra "It was so much fun to get to work with Madonna, but especially Lourdes. I think she's a fantastic girl," gushed Osbourne. "Lourdes picked out all the outfits, and Madonna oversaw everything and made sure the looks were going in the right direction. But really it isn't just a publicity ploy. Lourdes does most of the work."
