Kim Kardashian has admitted she’s “on a mission” to slim down for her wedding gown. “She wants to drop two sizes,” an insider tells OK!. “Kim would love to lose 15 pounds, but she’ll be happy with 10,” says the insider. “Her sister Kourtney has her ideal body, and she only weighs 95 pounds — but Kim knows she’ll never be that small.”

To lose the weight, Kim has turned to Tracy Anderson, Hollywood’s go-to diet and fitness guru. Tracy trains A-listers who want to shed pounds and totally transform their bodies into perfection. “Sometimes, when you fall in love, you take a little time off from things that are part of your regular routine,” says Tracy of the engaged star, who will marry Kris Humphries later this summer. “So she’s going to have to get serious for her wedding.”

On Tracy’s plan, that means exercising up to two hours a day, six days a week, including dance sequences for cardio and sculpting moves to strengthen, tone and lift. “She’s got Kim doing resistance training that is very similar to Pilates, plus at least

another hour of cardio, six times a week,” explains the source.

Tracy also recommends a very low-carb diet that consists of green juices (think spinach and kale), veggie-filled broths and protein bars that add up to approximately 1,200 calories a day. On the diet, “Kim doesn’t get to have any junk food, which is really hard for her,” says the source. “But she’s desperate to lose weight, so she’s doing it.”
