As Caesars Entertainment kicked off their escape to total rewards event, Kourtney Kardashian was glowing. Literally.

The pregnant mama gushed about her pregnancy and told reporters, "Good, I feel great. Excited to be out!" Although she's not having any major cravings other than sweets, it sounds like she's not going overboard because right after she eats them she gets very tired and falls fast asleep!
The reality star isn't worried about staying in shape thanks to two-year-old Mason! She pointed out that staying active is a no brainer: "Just chasing after a toddler and taking him on lots of walks."

Since this will be the second birth child for Kourtney, when it comes to adoption, she said it really hasn't crossed her mind.
She told OK!, "I don't know. I've never thought about it." The same applies to her sisters talking about if they would ever adopt some day. "I don't know. I really don't."
As she prepares for the arrival of her little bundle of joy by decorating the baby's room in pink, Kourt's not talking push present ideas with Scott Disick just yet. "I am not, not yet. He spoils me so!"
