Fans of The Hills were touched by Brody Jenner and his on-off girlfriend Kristin Cavallari's moving farewell scene, now the show's queen bee reveals how she really feels about his new love Avril Lavigne.
In The Hills finale Brody tells Kristin that he'll miss her when she reveals her plans to leave Los Angeles for London, telling her, "I hope you find what you're looking for."
Last night, Kristin told reporters at the live screening of the show in L.A., "I get all of my feedback on Twitter and a lot of people said stuff like they didn’t know that the ice queen could cry, but a lot of people knew how I felt and were really sweet."
How would she define her relationship with Brody now? "Brody and I will always be friends," she added, "if he is happy, then I am happy."
She continued: "Our friendship is the most important thing and I don’t think that anything will ever get in the way of that, so I could double date with Brody."
Meanwhile, Brody agrees with his ex, saying, "We love each other, we're great friends. I'm friends with all the girls."

Despite putting his love life on film during The Hills, the reality hunk is keeping quiet about his new love, rocker Avril Lavigne, saying little when asked about his new tattoo of her name: "Yes, I know there have been some pictures out there, I saw that... I'm going to keep that part of my personal life out of it."
Luckily Avril has Audrina Patridge's seal of approval. "Avril is the sweetest girl, I met her a few years ago, and I saw her the other night... I just love her, I think she's so pretty and she's such a good person and they seem really happy together."
