RadarOnline reported the 17-year-old is looking to “upgrade” her face with a nose job.

“She wants her bridge made smaller,” the insider told Radar. “She’s completely paranoid about having the same nose as her mom’s, which in her mind is the worst nose in the family."

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet admitted to get her lips plumped earlier this month and reportedly underwent breast augmentation a few months ago.
