Today it was reported the Mama Monster is being sued for $10 million in an alleged breach of contract with MGA Entertainment, the make of Bratz dolls. The company was in the midst of creating a special Lady Gaga doll, expected to hit shelves by this Christmas, when our Lady of Gah changed her mind, ordered production hault and insisted the doll hit shelves in 2013, to coincide with her new album.

Claiming they are far too along on the whole process to simply stop procution, MGA is suing for $10 million claiming they "agreed to an excessively generous royalty rate, invested millions into the pre-production of the Lady Gaga Dolls and put its reputation and goodwill on the line in order to secure distributors and retail shelf space..."

Meanwhile, Gaga's rep isn't buying it and chides the company for bringing the singer into it and said "this is a dispute between Universal Music Group's merchandising company and MGA."
