Real Housewives of New Jersey star Lauren Manzo has had another plastic surgery, and she just shared the results on Twitter. She posted before and after pics of her recent breast reduction, and expressed happiness with the surgery.

Lauren revealed that she had the surgery this past Sunday, tweeting, "So now you know! I had a breast reduction from @Dr_Zubowski and I couldn’t be happier- he was beyond incredible to me & I LOVE my new boobs!" A few days later, she tweeted the above pic. "I’ve been getting asked for a before and after of my breast reduction! Here it is! I can’t thank @Dr_Zubowski enough!"

Lauren has been similarly open about plastic surgery in the past. She got lap band surgery in 2011 and lost 30 lbs, and said, "Getting the lap band was the best thing I've done in my life." She was open about how much her weight had affected her emotionally, though that openness prompted fellow RHONJ star Teresa Giudice to start the drama, saying "She took the easy way out." Lovely!
