Liam Hemsworth on 'Hunger Games' Box Office Success: "It Did Pretty Good"

We love learning more about Liam Hemsworth! The Hunger Games Australian hottie visited Conan last night and chatted about fighting with his brothers growing up, his fear of squirrels and concerns for Hunger Games' success.

Expectations were high that The Hunger Games film would live up to the books. Liam was so nervous that the film would suck that he watched it by himself the first time. Luckily, the film broke records at the box office this weekend.

"It did pretty good," Liam joked to Conan O'Brien on his show. "It was a good weekend."

Given how nervous Liam was about the film succeeding, Conan asked him what he would have done if it hadn't done well.

"There was a few options," Liam said. "One was just kill myself."

Well, we're very glad he didn't need to do that!
